Q.   Can staff provide support during the night if I need assistance?

A.   No.  Staff only provide support in the afternoon or evenings before 8 pm although on-call is available for emergencies.


Q. Can staff support me to access the community?

A. Yes. Community Workers will support you to identify appropriate activities and support you to participate.


Q.   Will Community Workers support me to look after my health?

A. Yes.  Community Workers will support you to make appointments, attend these and support you with any follow up.


Q. What household duties will the community worker support me with?

A. Grocery shopping, banking, bill paying, domestics etc.
