Directory Of Other Services

IDEAS:

In co-operation with 'Ideas on Disability Equipment and Services' (IDEAS), the Rural Beginning's Project is developing a series of directories that include services that may be of assistance to families in their local area.

IDEAS has a very comprehensive database of services online, which you can check out on www.ideas.org.au

All you need do is click on the link, and select 'Search Services'. You'll find this a little way down the page on the far left. Then enter what it is you are looking for in the search at the top. (for example 'Wheelchairs' or 'Education').

You will see a list of services. When you click on any of these - all the details about the service will appear on the right!

Happy searching, and should you have any difficulties with your search, you can call IDEAS toll free on 1800 029 904 for assistance.

Through the Maze:

"Through the Maze" is a 30 page resource booklet with information about services for families of children with a disability.
